As an Operations Associate, Zitlalli creates a customized client experience for the team’s onboarding process and strives to meet clients’ expectations in a warm, friendly manner. She is always looking for ideas to improve the team’s performance that can be adopted as the new standard for its operations.

Before joining the team, Zitlalli held management positions in other industries, and she bring this knowledge and experience to her current role. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in sociology.

Outside the office, Zitlalli enjoys writing and has been journaling regularly for most of her life.
